In our first two years as a nonprofit, we’re focused on building a strong and sustainable foundation for g3 Games.
Our priorities include:
Registering as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Establishing systems like Google Workspace, Discord, accounting, and volunteer management tools for communication and collaboration.
Developing clear policies, bylaws, and processes that support transparency and growth.
Building a strong leadership team with dedicated volunteers and community organizers.
Each step moves us closer to becoming a well-structured, sustainable nonprofit ready for everything that comes next.
