Games are meant to bring people together through shared fun, creativity, and challenge. We honor that spirit by treating every player with fairness, patience, and respect—both in and out of the game. We practice good sportsmanship, communicate openly, and resolve conflicts thoughtfully. We recognize that how we play matters as much as what we play, and we aim to ensure that every roll of the dice strengthens our sense of connection rather than competition.

Our community thrives when we learn, share, and support one another’s growth—both as players and as people. We encourage curiosity, reflection, and collaboration, seeing each game as an opportunity to develop empathy, confidence, and teamwork. I release and forever discharge and hold harmless g3 Games and its successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from the activities of g3 Games, including claims arising out of negligence. I understand and acknowledge that this release discharges g3 Games from any liability or claim that I may have against g3 Games with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from the volunteering services that I provide to g3 Games or occurring while I am otherwise participating in g3 Game events.

I understand that I am responsible for my own primary medical insurance and for my medical bills if injury occurs. Further, I understand that g3 Games does not assume any responsibility for or obligation to provide financial or other assistance, including but not limited to medical, health, or disability benefits or insurance of any nature in the event of injury, illness, death, or property damage. I expressly waive any such claim for compensation or liability on the part of g3 Games beyond what may be offered freely by g3 Games in the event of such injury or medical expenses incurred.

I understand that the services provided by me or by g3 Games may include activities that are inherently dangerous to me. I hereby expressly assume the risk of injury or harm to me from these activities and release g3 Games from all liability for injury, death, or property damage resulting from the services I provide as a volunteer or occurring while I am participating in g3 Games events.

I grant and convey to g3 Games all right, title, and interests in any and all photographs, images, video, or audio recordings of me or my likeness or voice made by g3 Games in connection with my service to or participation with g3 Games and related activities.

I hereby release and forever discharge g3 Games from any claim whatsoever which arises or may hereafter arise on account of any first aid treatment or other medical services rendered in connection with an emergency during my tenure as a volunteer or other involvement with g3 Games.

I expressly agree that this release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Texas and that this release shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. I agree that in the event that any clause or provision of the release is deemed invalid, the enforceability of the remaining provisions of this release shall not be affected.
