Community doesn’t happen by accident. It’s built intentionally by people who care deeply about connection, play, and the power of showing up for one another.
As we step into 2026, we’re excited to introduce the Board of Directors who will help guide g3 Games through the year ahead. This group brings together a shared belief in our mission and a diverse range of skills, perspectives, and lived experiences. Each member plays a vital role in serving our organization, supporting our staff and volunteers, and ensuring that g3 Games continues to grow with purpose.
Our board leads behind-the-scenes so our community can thrive at the table.
What Our Board Does
The g3 Games Board of Directors provides governance, strategic direction, and accountability for our organization. They help shape long-term vision, safeguard our values, and ensure that our programs and partnerships align with our mission to strengthen communities through play.
Board members also serve as advocates for g3 Games within the wider community. They help connect us to new ideas, new partners, and new opportunities to expand the impact of tabletop gaming as a tool for connection and growth.
Most importantly, they believe in play as something meaningful and transformative.
Meet the 2026 Board of Directors
Clay Neuman - President
Clay (he/they) is the founder of g3 Games, which he began in Fall 2022 with the goal of creating a welcoming social space through tabletop gaming. What started a a place to gather quickly grew into a community built on the idea that games provide structure, shared language, and a natural way to bring strangers together. He is passionate about fostering inclusive spaces where people can connect, collaborate, and feel a sense of belonging, and he continues to help shape g3 Games’ vision as it grows its impact in the community.
Jen Bergeron - Vice President
Jen (she/her) is a seasoned IT and Operations Manager with a strong focus on process improvement, human engagement, and growth mindset. Jen has held various leadership roles where her mission is always to empower teams with innovative tools and strategies, and drive efficiency and client satisfaction. Jen joined g3 Games because she believes that adults that play together, thrive together. As a passionate advocate for making human connections and catering to the inner child, Jen brings a unique blend of expertise and welcoming energy to g3 Games.
Nam-Thi Pham - Secretary
Nam-Thi Pham (she/they) helps keep the board documented and on topic. They have been involved with g3 Games since Summer 2024 and helps manage in-person events. Their favorite board games include Root, Machi Koro, and Flip 7. Their other hobbies include drawing, stained glass, Dungeons & Dragons, and video games.
Darrin Keeler - Treasurer
Darrin (he/him) helps keep the financial operations running smoothly. He loves board games not just for the strategy, but for the way they bring people together — and he’s especially passionate about creating tables where everyone feels welcome, no matter their skill level.
Rachel Kukucka - Executive Director
Rachel (she/her) leads g3 Game’s mission to gather people, grow connection, and strengthen communities through the power of play. With more than 11 years of experience in audit, risk management, and compliance, she brings a strong foundation in governance and strategic operations to the nonprofit space. She’s passionate about using tabletop games as tools for inclusion, skill-building, and meaningful connection, and is excited to help guide g3 Games into 2026 with a focus on sustainability, thoughtful growth, and impact-driven programming.
Looking Ahead Together
This board steps into 2026 at a meaningful moment for g3 Games. As we expand our programming, strengthen partnerships, and launch initiatives like Play It Forward and our public advocacy and resource efforts, their guidance and leadership will help ensure we stay grounded in our mission and responsive to our community.
Each of these individuals brings not only professional expertise, but also a genuine care for the people we serve and the spaces we create. Their willingness to invest time, thought, and energy into g3 Games makes our work possible.
